This place suits me perfectly! I love the indoor swimming pool, fitness centre, and the lovely bar area. The staff even helped me find my lost necklace during my first stay, which I appreciate. Highly recommend.

The staff was delightful, provided exceptional services and helped with free parking. I had comfortable, wonderful rooms with a trouser press, an iron, and a couch. The breakfast was great, the check in was quick...

The spa facilities stand out with varied treatments and a tranquil atmosphere. Spacious rooms come equipped with amenities like complimentary Prosecco and high-quality toiletries that add an extra touch to the stay.

Unfortunately, the lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms proved inconvenient, especially given that a business suite required an upgrade for connectivity. The parking fee of £12 felt excessive, leading to a sour aftertaste upon checkout, while dining experiences were hampered by slow service and the absence of certain amenities that are typically standard in hotel stays, like shower caps and body lotion.

Thoroughly enjoyed delightful and brilliant staff and reasonably large hotel.

The whole room was incredible with the bedroom, pillow menu.

The location was magnificent, for example, The Springs was not too far from the hotel.

The stay was absolutely lovely. Everything was lovely, yet we stayed for 1 night only. There was plenty of delicious meals. The room was spotless and immaculate when upgraded with settee, fresh milk a nice touch, as example. It was in a central setting in a business park close to the M1. The swimming pool was nice too.

Hotel was very good and easy to find as signposted well..had a two course dinner for £20.99 and it was very nice food with the lamb cooked pink was yummy

We never got time to eat breakfast sl disapointed not to get the money refunded

Easy reach of the Leeds Festival, one of the reasons for staying at this hotel for the last 5 years. After a day at the festival the hotel gives my husband and I a little luxury of a super room with comfortable bed and excellent service with the benfit of having late facilities to enable us to meet up with our friends when we return from the festival. I have and will recommend this hotel to other friends and family.

The room was designed for comfort and the hotel had a nice ambience.

Spa treatments were amazing, but the pool was overcrowded and hard to access.

Very clean and in excellent condition. Room felt like new, despite you being open for ten years. Lovely pool area. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Good parking.

No shower caps in the room and despite asking for one, this was never provided.
